VirtualStaffing’s Contract Termination and Refund Policy
VirtualStaffing has a straightforward refund policy for contract terminations. Either party, Virtual Staffing or the client, can terminate the contract with a 30-day written notice. If the client requests a longer notice period, we can accommodate the request as long as an equal notice period is provided by the client.
In cases of wholly inadequate employee performance, we offer an employee replacement and utilize any outstanding funds as credit for the next employee. For satisfactory performance below expected levels, we charge on a pro-rata basis for the days worked and refund any remaining amount.
Please note that it is crucial to communicate any displeasure as early as possible, preferably within the first few weeks of employment. If dissatisfaction is not expressed within a reasonable period and the employee has been working for an extended time, immediate replacement may take at least one week.
